Financial Development...

Fundraising… it’s a new world.
Are you ready?

Donor Mojo – Our donor-centered philosophy
As we see trends shift from the traditional low-involvement giving to high impact social investing, from being obligation driven to values driven, from giving to general campaigns to specific projects and from an organization-focus to a focus on issues and causes… our fundraising strategies and tactics need to change as well. With the paradigms shifting as quickly as they are, we promise we’ll be keeping our heads up and will be challenging you and preparing you to embrace the new opportunities that lie ahead.

Whether we are working with you on annual campaign strategies or capital fundraising and endowment… we bring this donor-centered philosophy to everything we do.

Our Mojo Manifesto
We know your ability to secure resources to fund the work of your organization is of critical importance, and we take our role in helping you very seriously (although we have a lot of fun doing it). While between us we’ve helped staff and volunteers raise over $250 million, we are not a “fundraising” firm. Instead, we bring a comprehensive and integrated approach to our work. This is because we know the most effective fundraising (and philanthropy on a broader scale) doesn’t happen in a silo. It is impacted by and impacts every other area of your work.

So our consulting clearly and intentionally reaches beyond silo solutions in fundraising to bring you a broad range of experience, expertise and perspectives to help you meet your ambitious fundraising goals and achieve transformational results in your community.

Our Work
We will work with you to develop a customized plan to meet your unique resource development needs, challenges and opportunities. In establishing client relationships we consider the following criteria: 1) what’s the potential for significant, long-term social impact? 2) does the project align with T2s values and capabilities and our we the best to provide the services needed? 3) will the results of this engagement be sustainable?

Our Promise
We will not take on a fundraising client unless we know all the key pieces are in place or are being addressed to ensure your long-term and sustainable success. For us, this might mean saying “no” to a project, but it also means that when we do take on a client or a campaign we know that, together, we can make a tremendous impact!
